Your work profile

  • In our Assurance (A&A) Team you will work as a Procurement-Sourcing specialist within the client’s ecosystem with the intention of exceeding client expectations.
  • Build and scale the procurement organization in India (greenfield or transformation setup)
  • Implement procurement policies, SOPs, and standardized processes
  • Oversee sourcing and category strategies across:
  • Direct procurement (raw materials, components, manufacturing inputs - if applicable)
  • Technology (IT infrastructure, software, SaaS, digital services)
  • Non-technology categories (facilities, marketing, HR, professional services, logistics, etc.)
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, RFPs, and complex negotiations
  • Drive supplier consolidation and long-term value partnerships
  • Build and manage a robust supplier ecosystem across categories
  • Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and development
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial frameworks

 

Key skills required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business. B.COM/ BBA/ B.Tech/ MBA/M.Com/M.Tech
  • Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
  • Experience with procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.)
  • Enterprise-wide cost savings and value delivered
  • Procurement maturity (processes, systems, governance)
  • Cycle time and operational efficiency improvements
  • Supplier performance and risk mitigation
