Our Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team is at the forefront of transforming tax compliance and advisory through technology. We work with clients to simplify and automate GST and Customs processes using cutting-edge tools and platforms. Learn more about our Tax Practice.

Your Work Profile 

As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in our TTC team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions that enhance indirect tax compliance and advisory services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server to support tax compliance and automation. 

  • Collaborate with tax domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. 

  • Build modules for GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, litigation tracking, refund management, and other tax automation tools. 

  • Integrate ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and tax engines with custom applications. 

  • Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. 

  • Support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications in client environments. 

  • Stay updated with evolving GST and Customs regulations and adapt solutions accordingly. 

  • Contribute to innovation by exploring emerging technologies like RPA, AI, and Blockchain in the tax domain.

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. 

  • Experience: 

  • Assistant Manager: 3–5 years of experience in .NET MVC development. 

  • Deputy Manager: 5–7 years of experience with demonstrated leadership in project delivery. 

  • Technical Skills: 

  • Proficient in .NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server. 

  • Experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework, and version control (Git/TFS). 

  • Exposure to ERP systems and tax engines is a plus. 

  • Soft Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management. 

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Travel: Occasional travel to client locations as required.
