Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, driving hiring strategies, and partnering with business stakeholders to meet talent demands. This role requires expertise in both lateral and volume hiring, along with strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in GCC / Big 4 / Consulting / Operate hiring environments
- Demonstrated expertise with ATS , SuccessFactors.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel (reporting, analytics).
