Job Title:  Associate Director | Capital Projects | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions | ERI Soluti

1. Experience of leading assignments for large infrastructure projects in thermal power projects as Chief of Projects/Project Director/Project Head for large projects in thermal power/energy sector including atleast one super critical thermal power project

2. Lead the Project Management Office at the project site, guiding the PMO team on various processes and reports

3. Suggest strategies and options to reduce project cycle time for large capital projects and accelerate project execution

4. Conduct interactions with project leadership on key bottlenecks impacting project progress and develop solutions to mitigate them

5. Suggest improvements/best practices that can be incorporated for strengthening project execution

6. Analyse potential risks in the project and suggest measures to mitigate them

7. Support project management processes at site including coordination across vendors & key stakeholders

Qualification: B.E./B.tech from Recognised university
