    As a Senior Manager in our Regulatory Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Provide strategic legal advice on technology laws, data protection, and privacy regulations across jurisdictions
• Lead compliance initiatives under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and related Indian regulations
• Interpret and implement global privacy frameworks including GDPR and other international data protection standards
• Advise on DRDP (Digital Regulatory/Data frameworks) and evolving digital governance requirements
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements including:
• Data processing agreements (DPAs)
• Vendor and cross-border data transfer agreements
• Design and implement privacy governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs/DPIAs) and risk assessments
• Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance, Product) to ensure privacy-by-design principles
• Manage data breach response, incident handling, and regulatory reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide proactive advisory to business stakeholders
• Support audits, investigations, and interactions with regulators

Key skills required: 

• Qualified Lawyer (LLB/LLM) with 9-13 years’ Experience in Technology Laws
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in technology law, IT contracts, and digital regulations
• Hands-on experience with DRDP / digital regulatory frameworks
• Innovative Thinking & Eye for Market trends
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Managing and leading a team
