Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions across multiple manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manufacturing Systems, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Telemetry/Time-Series Data Platforms, OT-IT Integration, Microsoft .NET technologies, Angular, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud. The role will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and future-ready technology architectures that connect shop-floor systems, enterprise applications, analytics platforms, and cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
• Design scalable solutions integrating Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Enterprise systems.
• Develop architecture blueprints, integration frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.

Industrial IoT & Data Platforms

• Design telemetry and time-series data architectures for machine, process, quality, downtime, maintenance, and energy monitoring.
• Architect real-time data acquisition and analytics platforms.
• Define data models supporting OEE, Traceability, Production Monitoring, and Predictive Maintenance.
• Enable analytics and AI/ML use cases through robust data architecture.

Enterprise Integration

• Lead integration of PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, IoT platforms, Data Lakes, and enterprise applications.
• Define integration patterns leveraging APIs, event-driven architectures, and industrial communication protocols.
• Support OT-IT convergence and manufacturing system interoperability.

Technology Leadership

• Provide technical leadership for application development using .NET, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and ReactJS.
• Guide teams on Microservices, API architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
• Design cloud-native and edge-to-cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Conduct architecture reviews and mentor development teams.

Key skills required

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• 11+ years of overall experience in software engineering, enterprise applications, or digital manufacturing solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture roles.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, MES, or Industry 4.0 environments.
• Exposure to large-scale multi-plant digital transformation programs.
