Work you’ll do
A. Strategic Planning & Execution Support
o Support the execution of the RML’s regional go-to-market priorities including new account identification, revenue programs, and firmwide campaigns
o Translate leadership priorities into structured plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
o Prepare executive briefs, business reviews, and decision-ready materials for leadership forums.
o Monitor progress across strategic initiatives, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
B. Eminence & Market Engagement
o Coordinate and support execution of networking events including CXO roundtables, industry workshops, and promoter/CXO dinners.
o Liaise with Industry and Function teams to drive region-specific eminence and thought leadership.
o Collaborate with business teams to drive client-centric outreach and engagement.
o Support the creation and publishing of newsletters, knowledge series, and market updates.
C. Leadership Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
o Prepare presentations, talking points, and internal notes for marker and executive program engagements
o Act as the coordination point for internal business leaders and senior stakeholders.
o Drive governance routines, leadership check-ins, and stakeholder meetings.
o Manage follow-ups, track decisions, and maintain updated documentation.
D. Operational Excellence & Governance
o Establish and manage frameworks to monitor initiatives and leadership goals.
o Own trackers, tools, and dashboards to drive execution discipline and transparency.
o Work with internal functions (e.g., finance, marketing, brands, operations, etc.) to ensure task closure and alignment.
Qualifications
MBA/ Professional Degree – CIMA/ ACCA or equivalent from a Tier-1 institution strongly preferred
· Bachelor's degree required (Preferably - B Com., BBA, BBM, BMS or equivalent commerce/ management programs)
· Good to have: Exposure of working with digital collaboration and project management tools
· 9 - 12 years of professional experience
· Minimum 5 - 7 years in roles involving planning, business operations, consulting, or executive enablement.
· Proven track record of managing executive stakeholders, independently facilitating workshops, driving organisation wide programs, structured and meticulous project management.
· Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse teams toward common goals.
· Experience of working with C-suite leaders across industries; and exhibits a deep understanding of CXO level roles and unique priorities.
· Experience managing ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and working independently to drive outcomes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
· Experience in professional services or matrixed environments preferred.
