Your work profile

• Lead and deliver large-scale strategy, operating model, and business transformation engagements across industries, with a preference for Consumer Products and Retail sectors.

• Drive operating model evaluations and redesign initiatives, helping clients improve organizational effectiveness, governance, and service delivery models.

• Lead business process design and reengineering programs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.

• Support clients in strategy implementation by translating strategic priorities into executable transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

• Drive transformation initiatives across sales operations, supply chain, planning, automation, and cost optimization functions.

• Lead client interactions, executive stakeholder discussions, workshops, and steering committee meetings.

• Develop business cases, transformation plans, operating models, and executive-level presentations for senior client leadership.

• Mentor Managers and team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery and capability development.

• Support practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and business development activities.

Key skills required: 

• MBA from a Tier-2 IIM or another reputed Tier-2 business school (added advantage) /CA /Engineer with 10-12 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation engagements.
• Experience working with Big 4 or leading consulting firms; Consumer Products, Retail, or FMCG sector exposure preferred.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Reengineering (mandatory) along with experience in Operating Model Design, Strategy Implementation, Supply chain, Sales Transformation, Automation, Analytics, or Cost Optimization initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large transformation programs, manage senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, team leadership, and client relationship management skills.
