Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Senior Manager to lead large-scale finance transformation programs, drive Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, and manage client relationships across industries. The role requires deep functional expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to shape end-to-end finance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials (R2R, P2P, O2C, FAH, Tax, Expenses, etc.)
  • Manage multiple project streams including design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
  • Ensure quality delivery within timelines and budget

2. Solution Design & Architecture

  • Define finance transformation roadmap and target operating model
  • Design scalable Oracle Cloud Financials solutions aligned to business needs
  • Lead solutioning for complex areas like:
  • Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15)
  • Lease Accounting (IFRS 16)
  • Multi-GAAP / Multi-ledger setups
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and finance leadership
  • Drive client workshops, CRPs, and executive presentations
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations and decision-making

4. Practice Development & Sales Support

  • Support business development through RFP responses, solutioning, and demos
  • Lead pre-sales activities including:
  • Discovery / assessment phases
  • Effort estimation and proposal creation
  • Contribute to building Oracle Financials practice assets and accelerators

5. Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and capability building
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
  • 12–18+ years of experience in Finance Transformation and Oracle Financials
  • Minimum 3–5 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
  • Strong domain expertise in:
  • General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, CM
  • Subledger Accounting (SLA) / FAH
  • Experience in global implementations and shared services models
