Your work profile

 

Experience: 12–18 years

Role Overview:

Lead Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programs, manage client relationships, drive solution design, oversee project delivery, and support business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and finance transformation engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership teams.
  • Drive solution design across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, SLA, and Reporting.
  • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process reengineering.
  • Manage project delivery, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, estimations, and solution presentations.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Oracle Finance consulting teams.
  • Drive practice growth, capability development, and client account expansion.

Required Skills:

  • Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, SLA)
  • Finance Transformation & ERP Consulting
  • Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Solution Architecture & Functional Design
  • Program & Stakeholder Management
  • Pre-sales and Business Development

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
  • 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
