Position Summary
The Associate Director – Oracle Manufacturing Cloud will play a critical leadership role within Deloitte’s Oracle practice, driving large-scale Oracle Cloud Manufacturing transformations for global clients. The role requires deep functional expertise in manufacturing processes, strong Oracle Cloud knowledge, and proven experience leading complex programs, client relationships, and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Manufacturing Cloud implementations
- Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Drive solution design across Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality
- Manage large onsite/offshore delivery teams
- Support pursuits, proposals, and practice development
- Ensure delivery excellence, risk management, and financial governance
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–16+ years of ERP / consulting experience
- 8+ years in Oracle Manufacturing / SCM
- 4+ years of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud experience
- Multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong manufacturing domain knowledge
- Client-facing leadership and stakeholder management experience
Preferred
- Oracle Cloud SCM / Manufacturing certifications
- Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting experience
- Global rollout and multi-country implementation exposure
