• GBS Strategy & Design: Lead and execute consulting engagements focused o
• Transformation Delivery: Oversee and manage the end-to-end setup, transition, and scaling of GCC organizations, ensuring robust transition methodologies are followed for minimal disruption.
• Sourcing and Outsourcing: Provide deep expertise in sourcing strategy, vendor management, and outsourcing decisions to achieve strategic business objectives. • Functional Expertise: Drive transformation programs within one or more functional domains, such as Finance, IT, HR, or R&D.
• Digital and Process Improvement: Spearhead process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives (including AI/GenAI use cases, LOS/LMS/CRM implementation) to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with C-suite and senior executives, facilitating complex decision-making and ensuring alignment on program goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, driving quality delivery, performance management, and professional development.
• Business Development: Support proposal development and contribute to practice growth by identifying new opportunities and developing thought leadership.
Key Skills Required
• Experience: 10-15+ years of relevant experience in GBS/GCC advisory, Finance Transformation, or large-scale operational/digital strategy.
• Consulting Background: Prior experience in a Consulting firm is essential, preferably from a Big 4, Accenture Strategy, Alvarez & Marsal, Everest Group, or similar strategic environment.
• Functional Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency and project experience in one or more core corporate functions (Finance, IT, HR, R&D).
• Core Competencies: Deep expertise in GBS lifecycle, including operating model design, transition methodologies, sourcing/outsourcing, and cost optimization.
• Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a premier institution.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with advanced frameworks or methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, enterprise architecture
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a global delivery model.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, portfolio optimization, and performance metric analysis
