Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.       

Your work profile

Support the development of transaction strategies for aviation infrastructure projects, including airports, heliports, MRO facilities, cargo terminals, and aviation-related infrastructure.

Conduct market assessments, demand forecasting, commercial due diligence, and financial analysis.

Develop bid process documents including RFQ, RFP, concession agreements, and evaluation frameworks.

Coordinate the bid process, bidder interactions, technical clarifications, and evaluation support.

Monitor project implementation against scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare reports, presentations, cabinet notes, concept notes, and briefing papers.

Develop project dashboards and management information systems (MIS).

Maintain project documentation and ensure timely reporting to clients and stakeholders

Key skills required:
