Your work profile
As Associate Director in our Cyber - Extended Enterprise Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
- Projects and Delivery management involving Costing Budgeting, Resourcing, Contract Management, Customer Management, Quality management, escalation management and Revenue management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with customer satisfaction and initiate Change Orders and Account Management.
• Knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA, Controller/IO cards/RTU /HMI EWS OWS MES
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82
• Should have Executed end to end Projects for O&G/Power Plants/Pharma Industry/Healthcare Industry/Automobile
• Delivered OT Cyber security projects - Risk Assessments, T& T Deployment and Managed Service with OT IDS and SIEM Solution tools (Claroty CTD/Microsoft D4IoT/Armis/Nozomi /Dragos /Splunk/Sentinel/Q Radar etc) and implemented Secured Remote Access (Claroty/Secomea), End Point Detection etc
• Should have implement OT security policies, procedures, and standards that align with organizational objectives and industrial standards
• Management Recruitment & Team onboarding - Lead and manage a team of OT security professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and create a project plan that aligns with Company strategic objectives.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and updates to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration among all parties involved.
• Communicating with clients to understand their design preferences, budgetary constraints, and overall project expectations
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders, defining Project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget
• Should have experience in WBS, Budgeting, Cost Control, Revenue, Project Planning Resource management and maintain cash flow ensuring effective allocation and utilization
• Lead project teams, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates, monitoring progress against established goals and metrics
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures, as well as industry-specific regulatory standards
Desired qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 18+ years of experience in Industrial Control System and OT Cyber Security Domain, involving Project Management, Delivery, Operation, Supply Chain and Service sales with in the Indian Customer for O&G/Power Plants/Pharma Industry/Healthcare Industry.
- Knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA, Controller/IO cards/RTU /HMI EWS OWS MES Familiarity with network security tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other security technologies.
