Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on areas like Finance, Supply Chain, SAP and Oracle

 

Work you’ll do

 

The primary role of Delivery and Business Development Manager is to drive business growth by developing suitable Sales and Growth strategies and implementing them

Responsibilities

·      Conduct White space analysis

·      Define GTM Strategy and Themes for expansion

·      Perform detailed Account Planning

·      Organize client meetings and workshops

·      Present / demo solutions and offerings to potential clients

·      Drive Pre-sales activities

·      Negotiate pricing with customers and close sales agreements

·      Gain in depth knowledge on the assigned Sector(s), Account(s) and Solution Offerings

·      Identify new solutions based on market needs and work with Delivery team to get the solution implemented

·      Build and establish strong client relationship

·      Identify new opportunities and generate leads

·      Collaborate with different departments to achieve sales targets

·      Attend conferences , industry events, round tables

·      Own delivery responsibility of large programs/portfolios

·      Track and report status of projects and initiatives

·      Escalation management

·      Drive requirements gathering and process mapping and guide in preparing BRD, FRS, User stories

·      Risk and Issue management for project delivery

·      Perform Cost benefit analysis and define cost optimization approaches

·      Manage cross-functional teams and partners / vendors

·      Facilitating sprint events and ceremonies

 

Skills Required

·      Total 12 to 14 years of experience of which minimum 3 years should have been in business development

·      Bachelor of Technology or MBA from reputed institutions

·      MUST have experience in BFSI sector

·      MUST have Experience in Consulting and Client Relationship management

·      MUST have experience in Pre-sales activities and RFP response

·      MUST have outstanding communication, both written and verbal

·      Hands-on experience in Jira / Confluence /Tableau / big data platforms

·      Experience working with GCC clients is preferred

·      Experience in Digital Transformation / Operational Transformation

·      Experience in Automation / RPA / Agentic AI is preferred

·      Experience in Process re-engineering is preferred

 

 

 

·      Experience in IT delivery including Agile and understanding of ITIL framework

·      Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.

·      Flexibility to travel (within and outside base location)
