As a Senior Manager in our Talent-Technology Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for product management and business analysis that aligns with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and methodologies for product development and business analysis.
  • Strategic Product Management:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring that product features meet market needs and align with business goals.
  • Drive prioritization and planning processes, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Advanced Business Analysis:
  • Lead complex requirements gathering and analysis efforts, translating business needs into detailed and actionable product requirements.
  • Conduct advanced market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Oversee project management activities, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor product performance and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of product features by managing the development and testing processes.

 

 

 Desired qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)) preferred.

 Experience:

14+ years of experience in product management and business analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
