Job Title: Confidentiality Risk Manager

Role Overview

Breach Officer will be responsible for managing incidents involving data breaches and ensuring compliance with data protection internal policies. The role focuses on risk mitigation, incident response, and maintaining confidentiality standards.

Job Description:

1. Be the SPOC within T&T QRM team for reporting and tracking any Confidentiality breaches
2. Participate in calls with business teams, central risk team and T&T QRM leaders when a matter related to confidentiality breach is reported
3. Coordinate with Business, Talent, IT, Forensic team to carry out necessary follow-on actions related to confidentiality breach
4. Prepare and maintain an incident report for each confidentiality breach
5. Maintain and periodically report to senior leadership all incidents that have happened over a period
6. Analyse root cause of each incident and prepare mitigation plans to avoid recurrence of similar incidents
7. Participate in DRB’s and Engagement Reviews to ensure that mitigation plans related to confidentiality breaches are adopted and factored.
8. Conduct periodic awareness sessions for business teams on risk and compliance related to Confidentiality
