Your work profile

• Should lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs for clients in the Consumer Products, Retail, and FMCG sectors.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO, strong consulting and delivery capabilities, and the ability to drive client engagement while supporting business growth and digital finance transformation initiatives.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, and transformation programs with a focus on SAP FICO for Consumer industry clients.
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to finance and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution design, pre-sales support, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, governance, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor SAP consulting teams while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement finance solutions across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, SD, PP, EWM, and other enterprise applications to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Support account growth by identifying transformation opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key skills required

• 14–18 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, Financial Closing, and Management Reporting processes.
• Experience in the Consumer Products, Retail, or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, consulting, and delivery leadership.
• Experience supporting business development, solutioning, and proposal management.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
