Senior Transformation Coach – Gurgaon

Experience: 12+ years in Agile/Lean/SAFe transformations, with proven large-scale coaching experience
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transformation Coach to lead large-scale Agile transformations across enterprise portfolios. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in assessing current ways of working, designing and embedding tailored frameworks, and coaching leaders and teams towards becoming autonomous, high-performing, and truly agile.
This role demands strong stakeholder management, cultural change leadership, and the ability to generate measurable business outcomes through structured transformation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment & Baseline
- Assess current practices through process reviews, documentation analysis, and leadership/team interviews.
- Conduct team-level assessments and provide an enterprise-level maturity summary of Agile practices.
- Framework Design & Implementation
- Design and implement best-fit frameworks for teams.
- Contribute to the design and integration of enterprise-wide Agile frameworks.
- Tailor communication strategies to the local/regional context, ensuring alignment across global/India teams.
- Transformation Leadership
- Lead and execute large-scale Agile transformations across multiple portfolios.
- Develop and deliver transformation roadmaps with clearly defined KPIs and ROI.
- Drive cultural adoption of Agile ways of working across leadership and delivery teams.
- Coaching & Capability Building
- Provide role-specific coaching (Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers).
- Deliver leadership and executive coaching to foster trust, openness, and agility.
- Facilitate training and workshops on Agile estimation, story pointing, backlog refinement, and scaled ceremonies.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to secure buy-in and accelerate change.
- Engage with wider teams to identify leads and opportunities for transformation expansion.
- Design and deliver communication material to showcase quick wins and reinforce momentum.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of overall experience, with at least 6–8 years in enterprise Agile coaching/transformations.
- Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model, etc.).
- Strong understanding of enterprise portfolio management, PI Planning, and transformation governance.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in designing KPIs/metrics dashboards and driving measurable outcomes.
- Certifications preferred: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Enterprise Coaching, Scrum@Scale, or equivalent.
