The team

We are seeking a senior leader to join our Finance transformation Practice as a Associate Director, responsible for driving strategic growth, leading solution architecture, managing delivery excellence, and expanding Deloitte’s footprint in the domestic enterprise market. The role demands strong Oracle ERP experience, proven sales & pre-sales capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex, multi-tower Oracle Cloud programs.

Your work profile

Key Responsibilities:

 Oracle Treasury is a strong advantage.

• Analyze treasury processes from a functional perspective, recommend best practices, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Perform Treasury operate role with domain expertise in the following areas:
• Cash and Liquidity Management (cash management and forecasting, in-house banking, cash accounting, GL reconciliation, liquidity planning etc.)
• Bank Relationship Management (bank account management, bank fee analysis etc.)
• Payment Management (payment, payment factory, multilateral netting etc.)
• Financial Transaction (debt/forex/interest rate/investment position keeping, leases etc.)
• Financial Accounting
• Risk Management (valuation of debt, forex, investment, interest rate derivative, commodity derivative etc.)
• Connectivity (bank reporting, bank payments etc.)
• Options/Trading
• Fraud Management
• FX – Advanced Balance Sheet and Cash Flow 

Required Skills and Experience:

• 13+ years of total experience in Treasury Management.
• Strong exposure to domestic Indian market .
• Hands-on expertise in Cash Management , Forex trade..
• Strong delivery leadership exposure with ability to handle large multi-year programs.
• Ability to lead teams, influence outcomes, and drive practice growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA or equivalent.
• Forex Hedging  certifications preferred.
• Prior consulting experience with Big 4 or large SI (highly desirable).
