Job Description: Beneficiary data management, database management, managing tickets, app development, undertaking UATs, e-sign management, creating CRs, SRs, technical  documents, liasoning with client organization, API integration, providing orientation on the system/functionalities to stakeholders in coordination with capacity building consultant, undertaking virtual session for diagnosis of IT issues, providing technical inputs to IT team for resolution of reported IT issues, supporting scheme managers in managing IT issues of schemes and all other tasks pertaining to Technology Management- beneficiary.
