- Formulating comprehensive strategy and roadmap for digital healthcare transformation initiatives under Ayushman Bharat Digital Misison
- Developing and designing initiatives to drive adoption of digital healthcare solutions.
- Identifying and prioritizing initiatives for adoption of digital healthcare solutions
- Developing implementation plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborating with stakeholders including major industry stakeholders to identify new initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact & success of ABDM Initiatives in general and also impact & success of transformation initiatives.
- Conducting industry consultations for seeking inputs/suggestions on ABDM value proposition
- Studying of best practices in digital health and new trends
- Creating value proposition for Govt. Programmes
- Ideating for organisation re-design & talent management 1. Developing best practices in terms of roles in similar organisations
- Ideating for MSG and other high-level meetings (Advisory Council meeting etc.)
- Based on the recommendation from any other team of network expansion/operations, this team may engage in exploratory meetings with external organisations to devise the strategies/roadmap/provide inputs
- Designing or giving inputs for any related research study/survey
- Initiate all other developments and improvements that needs to do in the products of ABDM
- Engaging with industry experts and thought leaders to stay updated on trends, which can be disseminated internally within NHA/States.
