Our team specializes in monitoring & evaluation, program management, and advisory services across large-scale government and development sector initiatives. We work closely with government to drive sustainable livelihood outcomes through data-backed decision-making, compliance assurance, and program delivery excellence.

Your work profile

·      We are looking for a skilled Monitoring & Evaluation and Program Management professional with 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and oversee large-scale livelihood and skill development programs.

·     The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in monitoring frameworks, stakeholder management, and data-driven evaluation, along with experience working with government missions, NGOs, and multi-stakeholder environments.

Key skills required: 

·      Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation / Program Management

·      Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant disciplines such as Engineering, Rural Development, or Management

·      Strong expertise in data analytics, reporting, and evaluation frameworks

·      Proven experience in program monitoring, compliance management, and advisory roles

·      Hands-on experience in designing and implementing monitoring indicators and evaluation methodologies

·      Practical experience in stakeholder engagement including government bodies, NGOs, and technical agencies

·      Strong knowledge of skill development, livelihood programs, and rural development initiatives

·      Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and due diligence assessments

·      Ability to design and implement capacity-building programs and training frameworks

·      Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and preparation of analytical insights for decision-making

·      Familiarity with MIS systems, data tracking tools, and reporting platforms

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·      Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multi-level stakeholders

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

·     Post Graduate in Management (Preferably Rural Development) or equivalent qualification
