As a professional in our NAT Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Work you’ll do:

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of basic business and information technology management processes.
• Prepare Portfolio status reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, risks, and issues across projects.
• Maintain change logs, action trackers, and issue logs.
• Monitor engagement financials and tracking actuals vs. planned
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communications among internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Support escalation tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Works under general supervision with few direct instructions
• Demonstrates knowledge of firm's methodologies, frameworks and tools
• Participate in practice development initiatives

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA or project management certifications a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or consulting support roles.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Team-oriented mindset with a client-service orientation.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work across different time zones, if required.
