As a professional in our NAT Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Work you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of basic business and information technology management processes.
- Prepare Portfolio status reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
- Track KPIs, risks, and issues across projects.
- Maintain change logs, action trackers, and issue logs.
- Monitor engagement financials and tracking actuals vs. planned
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage communications among internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Support escalation tracking and stakeholder updates.
- Works under general supervision with few direct instructions
- Demonstrates knowledge of firm's methodologies, frameworks and tools
- Participate in practice development initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA or project management certifications a plus).
- 0–2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or consulting support roles.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Team-oriented mindset with a client-service orientation.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work across different time zones, if required.
