Your work profile

• Lead SAP AMS delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA application support engagements.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management processes, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage service transitions (including hypercare), performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Conduct governance reviews, prepare performance dashboards, manage audits/compliance requirements, and facilitate governance forums.
• Drive business development within existing AMS accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead proposal development, including solution design, pricing strategies, Statements of Work (SOW), and client presentations.
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting service performance, enhancements, and future roadmap alignment.
• Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships, demonstrating business value to support renewals and account growth.
• Support RFP responses and pre-sales activities for new managed services engagements.

Key skills required

• 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery and support, with 5+ years in senior AMS leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP modules such as SAP FI, SAP SD, or SAP MM.
• Proven track record in business development, including proposal creation, client negotiations, and QBR execution.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, and Jira, aligned with ITIL practices.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Proven leadership in managing global/offshore teams and driving capability development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions
