Your work profile
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, including full lifecycle implementations and transformations to SAP S/4HANA.
• Define program strategy, execution roadmap, and delivery governance across large-scale SAP engagements.
• Establish and govern program charters, project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Drive SAP implementation across multiple modules ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce governance frameworks including risk management, issue tracking, change control, and compliance adherence.
• Act as the primary liaison between PSU/government stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Influence senior leadership to align SAP programs with strategic business initiatives and transformation goals.
• Manage multi-module SAP integration and ensure end-to-end solution architecture including RICEFW components.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems, including validation of master data, data quality, and archiving strategies.
• Lead testing phases, go-live execution, hypercare, and transition to managed services aligned with ITIL practices.
• Drive delivery excellence across SAP programs ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI optimization.
• Lead and manage large, distributed teams including internal and vendor resources.
• Ensure compliance with PSU/government processes, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement across SAP delivery, PMO practices, and program execution frameworks.
Key skills required
• 15+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, with at least 5+ years as SAP Project/Program Manager.
• Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Strong experience working with PSU/government organizations and understanding of regulatory environments.
• Expertise in PMO environments with exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP modules such as FI (mandatory), along with MM, SD, or PS.
• Deep understanding of government financials, procurement processes, grants management, HR/payroll, and audit requirements.
• Solid technical understanding of SAP technologies including ABAP, Basis, Fiori/UI5, CPI/PI-PO, and BTP integrations.
• Experience with data migration tools and strategies, including Informatica and legacy system transitions.
• Strong program governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-vendor, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
