Your work profile
- Lead service delivery governance across Japan-focused engagements and operational support programs.
- Manage service performance against SLAs, KPIs, delivery metrics, and client expectations.
- Drive governance reviews, operational reporting, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, delivery teams, PMOs, and transition managers to ensure service excellence.
- Support incident management, operational stabilization, and risk mitigation activities.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvement, and service transformation.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication.
Key skills required
- 7 to 10 years of experience in service management, managed services, or operational governance roles.
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, operational governance, and client engagement models.
- Experience working within consulting, IT services, or enterprise operations environments.
- Exposure to Japanese clients or Japan delivery ecosystems preferred.
- Japanese language proficiency is MUST HAVE
- Experience on bilingual communication skills preferred for select engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, governance dashboards, and operational reporting frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively across distributed and cross-functional delivery environments.
