Your work profile

  • Lead complex Japan-focused transformation programs across delivery, transition, PMO, and service management functions.
  • Establish and drive program governance frameworks, reporting cadence, risk management, and executive communication.
  • Collaborate with client leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage program financials, resource planning, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive strategic planning, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engagement.
  • Oversee stakeholder governance forums, steering committee discussions, and executive reviews.
  • Ensure alignment to delivery objectives, contractual commitments, and client expectations.
  • Mentor teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery culture across distributed environments.

 

Key skills required

  • 11+ years of experience in program management, enterprise delivery, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing global client-facing programs within consulting or IT services organizations.
  • Exposure to Japan-based clients or Japanese business environments preferred.
  • Japanese language proficiency is MUST HAVE
  • Experience supporting bilingual delivery ecosystems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance, and communication capabilities.
  • Experience in transition management, PMO governance, and managed services environments preferred.
  • Ability to manage multi-functional teams and large-scale delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models, and enterprise governance tools.
