Job Title:  Manager | SAP BW4HANA | Delhi CEC | SAP

For a SAP BW (Business Warehouse) Mnaager must demonstrate expertise in transitioning legacy environments to SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of end-to-end data warehousing solutions, transitioning clients from legacy BW systems to SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• Hybrid Modeling: Architect hybrid scenarios integrating on-premise BW/4HANA with SAP Datasphere to enable real-time data democratization across global enterprises.
• Data Tiering & Performance: Implement advanced data tiering optimization (DTO) strategies and manage multi-temperature data management (Hot/Warm/Cold storage) using Data Lakes.
• Transformation & Extraction: Lead complex data extraction from SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors) and non-SAP sources using ODP (Operational Data Provisioning), SDA (Smart Data Access), and SDI (Smart Data Integration).
• Solution Design (RICEFW): Design complex HANA-optimized transformations, expert routines using ABAP/SQL, and advanced Analytic Richards/Calculated Views.
• Practice Leadership: Drive "Data-to-Value" agenda by supporting pre-sales, developing proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for AI-driven analytics, and mentoring junior technical consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 12–16 years in SAP BI/BW, with at least 2 full-cycle migrations to BW/4HANA or SAP Datasphere.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency in LSA++ (Layered Scalable Architecture), Advanced Data Store Objects (aDSOs), Composite Providers, and Open ODS Views.
• HANA Native Development: Deep expertise in HANA Modeling (Calculation Views), SQLScript, and performance tuning on the HANA database.
• Front-end Integration: Strong knowledge of integrating BW with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Tableau for executive-level storytelling.
• Methodology: Expert-level understanding of SAP Activate for Data & Analytics and Agile project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications & 2026 Trends

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP BW/4HANA.
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Datasphere
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and Knowledge of Generative AI integration for automated data cataloging or metadata management.
