Job Title: Senior Consultant | APM: PMO Coordinator | Delhi CEC | Finance Transformation
Project Governance & Oversight
§ Own and evolve the enterprise project governance framework, supporting both Agile and traditional (Waterfall/Hybrid) portfolios. Establish and maintain governance frameworks, standards, templates, and best practices across all card and payment-related projects.
§ Track and manage program milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
§ Support investment prioritization and strategic alignment across the payments/cards project portfolio.
§ Ensure full traceability from epics > capabilities > features > stories, aligned with business KPIs and regulatory mandates.
Portfolio and Project Management
§ End to end understanding and exposure of project management lifecycle and relevant artifacts.
§ Maintain a consolidated view of the Payments & Cards program portfolio.
§ Track status, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all active and planned projects.
Agile Program & Portfolio Governance
· Partner with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Scrum teams, and Delivery Leads to ensure alignment between Agile execution and strategic business goals.
· Implement and evolve Agile Governance Models (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale) in the context of compliance-heavy environments like card and payment systems.
· Facilitate and support key Agile ceremonies at scale: PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, ART syncs, and system demos.
· Govern delivery velocity, iteration performance, sprint commitments, feature throughput, and WIP limits across teams and programs.
Financial Management
§ Track and report on project budgets, resourcing, forecasts, and actuals.
§ Collaborate with finance teams to ensure fiscal discipline and reporting accuracy.
Stakeholder Reporting & Communication
§ Prepare executive dashboards, program status reports, and board-level updates.
§ Facilitate steering committees, governance boards, and cross-functional alignment sessions.
Process Improvement & Delivery Support
§ Identify and implement process improvements across the project lifecycle.
§ Support project and program managers in issue resolution, planning, and resource optimization.
Tool & Systems Management
§ Administer PMO tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet).
§ Drive adoption of collaborative planning tools and centralized reporting systems.
Skills and requirements
§ 5+ years of experience in a PMO, program coordination, or delivery governance role, ideally in financial services or payment technologies.
§ Strong understanding of payment systems, card scheme operations, and fintech industry dynamics.
§ Proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
§ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
§ Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
§ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end PMO governance.
Education:
§ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification Agile certifications/ trainings preferred.
