- In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud or equivalent commerce platform [Preferred : Understanding of salesforce platform, customization capabilities, and B2B-specific features(checkout flows, product & pricing rules, discount ,order management, B2B buyer management, integration testing)]
- Ecommerce Testing Experience: Familiarity with key B2B ecommerce functionalities, including Search & Browse, product catalogues, product price & promotions and checkout workflows, cross browsers testing.
- Software Testing Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, use of JIRA, Confluence and regression testing techniques.
- SQL Expertise: Ability to write queries for data validation and testing complex scenarios.
- CRM Integration Awareness: Understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with the B2B commerce platform.
- Good communication skills both written & verbal.
