The forensic technology services can help client to react quickly and confidently in a crisis, investigation or dispute. Digital forensics is a multifaceted process for streamlining and simplifying discovery to uncover issues and increase investigation, litigation and regulatory readiness. Your work profile

·       Review of work submitted by various junior team members through additional / lateral research to maintain agreed upon SLA with multiple clients. The reports submitted by the team members may include research of relevant databases to obtain information on financials, credit history, litigation, shareholding data and details of ownership pattern of entities defined as per the client engagement.

·      Work closely with other team members to help them provide timely feedback whose reports were reviewed with a view to enhance quality.

·      Strong analyzing and report writing skills helps to prepare client deliverables. Help to provide verbal or written update to seniors and client management.

·      Suggest alternative research methodologies and process change at regular intervals to bring in efficiency in TAT’s and quality of deliverables.

·      To ensure that required training courses including team members are met in order that skills, knowledge and competency levels are maintained in order to carry out the role efficiently and effectively.

·      Endeavor to plan regular team meeting, communicate proactively and openly establishing an effective communication system, ensuring that team is kept up to date with all necessary information.

·      Collect the updates from team members / vendors and consolidate in one report for client. This report is used as a presentation during client update meeting or board meeting.

·      Playing pivotal role in planning and execution of project by providing findings/observation in timely manner to seniors.

·      Keep accurate project records and be able to provide records to management whenever required.

·      Manage existing client account and help seniors to build new client base for the firm.

·      Help Manager / Sr. Manager/ Director in strategizing proposals, Engagement Letters, MIS on various projects, time reporting etc.

·      Manage vendor on boarding and liaise with third parties such as vendors, credit reporting agencies to gather information / intelligence.

·      To identify the potential business opportunities in market.

·      To perform any other related duties that may arise from time to time to meet the ongoing needs of the firm.

 

 

Key skills required: 

·      Ideal candidates should possess a Graduate/post graduate degree with a specialization in computer science / digital forensic / computer security. Candidates with post graduate degrees in other disciplines including computer science, IT security and Computer management can also apply provided they have relevant work experience.

·      Certification - Must have at least one certification in Relativity Pro/Specialist/Admin .

·      The candidate should have between 6 - 8 years of work experience and could have worked in sectors such as e-discovery, digital forensic, IT security, corporate intelligence, compliance or vigilance, consulting, financial services.

·      Excellent communication and digital investigation report writing and presentations skills.

·      Strong verbal, written communication skills proficiency in meeting facilitation

·      Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully to technical and non-technical individuals’ senior management audiences.

·      Suggest innovative solutions to improve the capability of the eDiscovery team, simplify operations, and overcome any challenges that may be encountered.

·      This person will be assigned ownership of a specific piece of a project and will need to prepare, download and perform quality control on electronic data to provide quality results.

·      Training and up-skill the juniors team members.

·      Familiarity with end-to-end digital and cyber forensic life cycle stages.

·      Sound knowledge/skills (above average) in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
