Your work profile 

As a Senior Team Lead in our Assurance team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - 

• Maintain general ledger and trial balance for assigned funds and mandates, calculate CUVs, distributions, and management fees, and prepare regulatory reports, including annual financial statements. 

• Support clients in meeting their tax obligations including income tax returns, tax component calculations for distributions and the preparation of monthly BAS returns. 

• Provide financial information and support to various stakeholders, including Fund Managers, Investment Managers, Valuations team, Tax team, and more. 

• Ensure smooth auditor and tax consultant signoffs for assigned funds/mandates. 

• Contribute to finance projects and initiatives across the fund finance platform. 

• Work effectively with the offshore finance teams. 

Key skills required:  

• Qualified/pursuing CA, CFA, MBA along with relevant tertiary qualification. 

• Extensive work experience of minimum 3-5 years in Real estate (fund) accounting experience or business services background with exposure to trust accounting.  

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change.
