Your work profile

• 10+ years of overall IT and Banking project management experience.
• Mandatory experience in Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS) implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Strong PMO experience managing large, complex banking technology programs.
• Experience working with banks, system integrators, or consulting organizations.
• Proven expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders including business teams, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Key skills required

• Establish and manage PMO governance for Finacle CBS programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track project progress against timelines, scope, budget, and quality metrics.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare governance dashboards, MIS reports, executive presentations, and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate across business, technology, testing, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive project reviews, status meetings, action tracking, and decision management.
• Monitor resource utilization, budget adherence, and project financials.
• Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards, quality processes, and audit requirements.
• Support release planning, change management, and project transition activities.
• Facilitate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management and escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.
• Strong experience in Finacle CBS projects.
• Expertise in PMO governance and project lifecycle management.
• Program and portfolio management.
• Project scheduling using MS Project or equivalent tools.
• RAID management.
• Budget and financial tracking.
• Resource planning and capacity management.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Vendor management.
• Change and release management.
