Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking and Lending Consultant to join our dynamic consulting team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients in the banking and financial services industry, offering strategic advice and support on various banking operations, lending strategies, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the banking and lending sectors, including lending products, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and the evolving landscape of financial technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact industry-leading clients and contribute to large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Advisory & Strategy Development:
  • Advise clients on banking and lending strategies, helping them optimize business operations and maximize profitability.
  • Develop tailored solutions for lending operations, including consumer, mortgage, commercial, and business loans.
  • Provide insights into market trends, regulatory changes, and technological innovations that affect the banking and lending space.
  1. Project Management & Delivery:
  • Lead or support client engagements and projects related to lending transformation, digitalization, and process improvement.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams (technology, operations, risk management) to implement solutions and deliver results.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

 

Skills:

  • Knowledge of loan lifecycle management, and lending
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, trends, and financial reports.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in banking, lending, or financial services consulting.
  • Proven experience working with clients in the banking or lending sectors, including retail, commercial, or mortgage lending.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading lending platforms, credit risk models, and digital banking technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in consulting
  • MBA from Tier 1 institute
