Job Title: Hybris Frontend Developer (Senior Consultant)

About the Role:

As a Hybris Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing frontend solutions within the SAP Commerce (Hybris) ecosystem. This role involves working on JSP-based storefronts as well as optionally incorporating modern frontend frameworks like Angular and ReactJS to enhance the user experience. You will also work with Hybris Backoffice and HAC (Admin Console) frontend technologies, supporting both business user and admin interfaces. Collaboration with backend teams and stakeholders is key to delivering scalable, performant, and customer-centric commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Commerce (Hybris) frontend implementations, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their business challenges and define technical solutions for Hybris storefronts, Backoffice, and admin consoles.
• Architect and design scalable, high-performance frontend systems using JSP, Angular, Dojo, and optionally ReactJS within the SAP Commerce ecosystem.
• Provide hands-on guidance in the customization and optimisation of Hybris JSP storefronts, Backoffice SPA, and HAC (Admin Console) UIs to meet client-specific requirements.
• Manage complex integrations between SAP Commerce backend, frontend layers, third-party applications, and external systems.
• Mentor and train junior consultants and developers on best practices in frontend development for SAP Commerce (Hybris), including JSP, AngularJS, Spartacus, and ReactJS.
• Lead or participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality standards, security protocols, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and technical leads to drive overall solution strategy and frontend architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during and after implementation, ensuring smooth operation of frontend components.
• Share expertise in Hybris frontend development, including JSP storefronts, Backoffice, HAC, and composable architectures, with internal teams and clients.

Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology.

- Any relevant certifications in front-end development or related technologies (e.g., Angular, JavaScript) are a Plus.
