Your Work Profile

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Analytics Consultant to design, develop, and deliver enterprise analytics solutions using Tableau Prep, Tableau Pulse, and Tableau Cloud/Server. You will work with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and Tableau Prep data flows.

• Configure Tableau Pulse metrics and personalized insights.

• Integrate Salesforce and other enterprise data sources with Tableau.

• Gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions aligned with business needs.

• Optimize data pipelines and dashboards for performance and scalability.

• Support UAT, deployment, and production activities.

• Identify project risks and contribute to mitigation plans.

• Follow analytics best practices and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, BI, or Data Consulting.

• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Cloud/Server.

• At least one end-to-end Salesforce data integration and Tableau implementation.

• Experience working with business/client stakeholders in a consulting environment.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst / Tableau Desktop Specialist.

• Salesforce certification or Salesforce Analytics experience.

• Experience with Tableau Pulse, AI-powered analytics, and cloud analytics platforms.
