Your work profile:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in streamlining operations and enhancing deployment efficiency through automation and DevOps best practices. You will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce environments, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth and secure deployments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce environments, including sandbox management and metadata deployments.
  • Automate testing, deployment, and rollback processes to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and business analysts to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
  • Maintain technical documentation and deployment logs for audit and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to DevOps KPIs, change failure rate, and restore time.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and DevOps trends to recommend upgrades and innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–7 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps practices.
  • Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Gearset, Copado.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
