Your work profile

A skilled Lobster Middleware Developer to join our Workday team. In this role, Candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining system integrations using the Lobster DATA middleware platform.

• Design and implement integration solutions using Lobster Data / Lobster_pro middleware.
• Develop data transformation logic, mappings, and interface flows (e.g., EDI, XML, JSON).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of integration interfaces.
• Monitor integration jobs, handle error logs, and perform issue resolution or escalation.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ERP, CRM, and IT infrastructure teams.
• Required Skills & Qualifications

Desired qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Lobster middleware platform (e.g., Lobster_data, Lobster_pro).
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns, ETL processes, and file/data formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, XML, EDIFACT, X12).
• Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP), FTP/SFTP, and other communication protocols.
• Experience integrating with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Nice to Have
• Familiarity with B2B/EDI integration scenarios.
• German language skills (Given working with Lobster's German clients)

Location and way of working

• Base location: Delhi/Gurgaon (non-negotiable)
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
• This role involves working from office (5days/week).
