The team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.



Work profile

1. Expertise in IT infrastructure, Data Centre operations, and project management.

2. planning, implementation, and monitoring of critical IT infrastructure projects, including Data Centre modernization, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity initiatives

3. deep technical knowledge, and the ability to work in a multi-stakeholder government ecosystem

4. Managing large-scale IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.

5. Lead the Program Management Unit (PMU) of a Government Department’s Data Centre initiative.

6. strong project governance, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills, along with an ability to oversee technical programs involving data centre modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and vendor coordination.

7. strong understanding of technology-led program delivery in public sector environments is essential
