The Team
As a Consultant in Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM), you will support clients (primarily telecom and digital service providers) in identifying revenue leakages, strengthening controls, and optimizing processes. You will work as part of consulting teams delivering end-to-end RAFM assessments and transformation engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of end-to-end RAFM assessments, identifying revenue leakages and control gaps across billing, mediation, and provisioning ecosystems
- Perform data-driven analysis and reconciliations, leveraging advanced analytics to uncover revenue risks
- Contribute to the design and implementation of robust revenue assurance frameworks and controls aligned to industry best practices (e.g., TM Forum)
- Assist in developing fraud risk scenarios and detection use cases within integrated RAFM environments
- Conduct risk assessments and develop/review Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) to identify key business, IT, and AI-related risks, ensuring adequate control design and coverage.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of business, technology, and AI governance controls, including controls over AI model development, deployment, monitoring, and data management.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Conduct process walkthroughs, document current-state assessments, and support future-state design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system validations, UAT, and control effectiveness reviews
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on SQL, Excel, or data tools
- Basic understanding of telecom architecture (CDRs, mediation, billing)
- Knowledge of RAFM concepts, reconciliations, and controls
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Assurance / Telecom / Data Analytics / Audit
- Bachelor’s degree- B.Com/BBA/BCA/B.Tech/MCA/MBA
- Exposure to telecom systems or consulting engagements is a plus
