Your work profile
In our Assurance (A&A) Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
· Responsible for all aspects of revenue assurance, including reporting, advanced data analysis, leakage management, leakage prevention, and business process change.
· Assisting in the development and implementation of processes and controls of revenue assurance activities to minimize revenue leakage and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
· Conducting end-to-end revenue reconciliations across billing, invoicing, collections, and provisioning processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Conduct audits and risk-based reviews across industries, ensuring adherence to applicable professional standards and frameworks.
· Identify and address fraud risks and systemic revenue leakages through root cause analysis and development of automated monitoring dashboards/KPIs.
· Assess, design, test, and implement internal controls reviews in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
· Specific knowledge and experience in Freight and Rail Operations, including core operations such as scheduling, maintenance, network management, safety, and traffic load optimization.
· Prepare documentation, walkthroughs, test results, and remediation evidence, and coordinate effectively with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
· Draft and deliver audit reports, highlighting key risks, control gaps, and practical recommendations for management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams to drive process improvements and enhance control environments.
· Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals, knowledge sharing, and development of innovative solutions.
· Undertake project management responsibilities, including planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination with clients and internal teams will be an added advantage.
· Integrate data analytics (Power BI, SQL, Alteryx) to provide increased efficiency, assurance, and value.
· You must have good MS office skills and able to work with volume of data and present insights.
Desired qualifications
· They should be Qualified MBA, Engineering (EEE/ECE) or an equivalent professional certification.
· Overall, 2-3 years of relevant experience in Audits, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, or Billing system migrations, data analytics, technology implementation, Internal Controls across industries.
· They should have hands-on experience in conducting risk assessment procedures, including design and documentation of Risk and Control Matrices (RCM), controls testing, and development / execution of key RA KPIs across domains such as billing, provisioning, distribution, customer, and partner management.
· They should have an Internal Audit background, with experience across industries including in rail operations, rail networking, rail freight, etc will be an advantage.
· They should be a team player with a proactive and results oriented approach.
· They must have ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
· They should have good presentation & communication skills.
· They should also be well versed with MS Excel and handling volume of data.
· They must have ability to present point of view/ findings using MS power point/ report writing tools.
· They should have exposure of Analytical tools, Reporting tools like Alteryx, SQL will be an advantage.
· They should have knowledge in SQL and familiarity with analytics tools such as Subex, Connectiva, or similar platforms (preferred).
· They should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.
· They must be fluent in written & verbal English.
Location and way of working.
· Base location: Delhi
· This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations (Domestic as well as International).
