Your work profile

 

In our Assurance (A&A) Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

·       Conduct ITGC/ITAC audits and risk-based reviews across industries, ensuring adherence to applicable professional standards and frameworks.

·       Perform SOC 2 readiness assessments and prepare associated reports in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

·       Conduct IT SOX testing, including design assessment, operating effectiveness testing, remediation validation, and support management in achieving and maintaining compliance

·       Responsible for all aspects of IT control design and testing, including control documentation, evaluation of control effectiveness, identification of design or operating gaps, and recommending enhancements to strengthen the overall control environment.

·       Responsible for IT control design, configuration review, walkthroughs, and effectiveness testing across key IT domains, ensuring risks are mitigated and control objectives are achieved.

·       Conduct end-to-end IT risk assessments and IT general control (ITGC) reviews to evaluate control design, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.

·       Assess and enhance IT governance frameworks by reviewing policies, processes, system controls, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

·       Perform root cause analysis of IT control failures and emerging risks, and support the development of automated monitoring dashboards, KPIs, and issue-remediation plans

·       Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls across key technology domains—such as access management, change management, cybersecurity, and system operations—to strengthen oversight, resilience, and accountability.

·       Integrate data analytics (Power BI, SQL) to provide increased efficiency, assurance, and value.

·       Strong knowledge and practical experience in implementing and assessing IT security frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and ISO 27001, covering key domains such as risk management, asset security, access control, incident response, and continuous monitoring.

 

 

 

·       Prepare documentation, walkthroughs, test results, and remediation evidence, and coordinate effectively with external auditors and internal stakeholders.

·       Draft and deliver audit and control reports, highlighting key risks, control gaps, and practical recommendations for management.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional and operational teams to drive process improvements and enhance control environments.

·       Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals, knowledge sharing, and development of innovative solutions.

·       Experience of working on SAP, Oracle ERP and or Cloud Services is an advantage.

·       You must have good MS office skills and able to work with volume of data and present insights.

Desired qualifications

·       They should be Qualified MBA, Engineering (EEE/ECE) or an equivalent professional certification.

·       Overall, 2-3 years of relevant experience in ITGC/ IAC Audits, SOC readiness testing, SOX testing, IT control reviews across industries.

·       They should have hands-on experience in conducting risk assessment procedures, including design and documentation of Risk and Control Matrices (RCM), controls testing, and development / execution of key RA KPIs across domains such as billing, provisioning, distribution, customer, and partner management.

·       They should be a team player with a proactive and results oriented approach.

·       They must have ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

·       They should have good presentation & communication skills.

·       They should also be well versed with MS Excel and handling volume of data.

·       They must have ability to present point of view/ findings using MS power point/ report writing tools.

·       They should have exposure of Analytical tools, Reporting tools like Alteryx, SQL will be an advantage.

·       They should have familiarity with SAP, Oracle ERP or Cloud Services

·       They should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.

·       They must be fluent in written & verbal English.

 

 

Location and way of working.

·       Base location: Delhi

·       This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations (Domestic as well as International).
