As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

 Your work profile

 

·      Support requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews and process-shadowing across client headquarters, field offices and downstream user teams, under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst.

·      Draft and maintain requirement artefacts — sections of BRDs and FRDs, process maps, user stories, screen-level notes and meeting minutes — to the standard set by the Senior Business Analyst.

·      Keep the Requirements Traceability Matrix, story backlog, clarification log and decision log current at all times.

·      Assist User Acceptance Testing — prepare test scenarios from acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT execution with client users, capture feedback and support defect triage.

·      Track open clarifications and follow-ups with stakeholders and escalate risks, ambiguities or scopecreep signals to the Senior Business Analyst promptly.

·      Contribute to demo preparation, release notes and end-user collateral; support training of client power-users during rollout.

·      Continuously deepen module knowledge across the platform's functional areas and pair with engineering teams on requirement walk-throughs.

•    Requirement documentation, process mapping and user-story writing

•    Backlog and Requirements Traceability Matrix hygiene

•    Workshop facilitation support and meticulous minute-keeping

•    UAT scenario preparation, execution coordination and defect triage support

•    Strong written English and structured documentation skills

•    Tooling fluency — Jira / Azure DevOps, Confluence, draw.io / Lucidchart, MS Word and Excel

Education Details

 

·      Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / Commerce. MBA fresher acceptable for high performing candidates.

·      Total Experience Minimum 3–6 years of business-analysis or systems-analysis experience on at least one enterprise or public-sector program.

·      Government IT Experience Exposure to Central Government Ministries, Regulators, Statutory Bodies or other public-sector digital programs is desirable.

·      Delivery Model Exposure Working experience in Agile delivery models with familiarity in backlog management, user-story writing and acceptance criteria.a

·      Standards Awareness Basic appreciation of DPDP Act, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA / GIGW) and audit-trail requirements.

·      Certifications CBAP ECBA (IIBA) / Certified Scrum Foundation or equivalent foundational analyst certification
