The team

As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

 Your work profile

The Business Analysts will form the operational core of the PMU, each responsible for managing a defined portfolio of users across the compliance drive. Their responsibilities will include:

·      Executing structured outreach to assigned users through written communication, email, and telephonic follow-ups

·      Maintaining and updating the compliance tracker for their respective portfolio of users

·      Organising and facilitating review meetings and consultations with user nodal officers and WIMs

·      Supporting the planning and execution of Central and State-level GIGW compliance workshops

·      Serving as the helpdesk point of contact for assigned users — responding to queries and providing guidance on GIGW compliance requirements

·      Documenting all outreach, meetings, and follow-ups in the Outreach Log

·      Escalating stalled or non-responsive cases to the Team Lead for further action

Education Details

·      Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems / Commerce.

·      Total Experience Minimum 4–6 years of business-analysis or systems-analysis experience on at least one enterprise or public-sector program.
