As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

 Your work profile

·      Acting as the primary on-ground interface for assigned use cases — engaging the relevant DJB departments, zones and field offices to elicit process details, records and sample data directly from process owners

·      Independently identifying and reaching the right nodal officers and data custodians across departments, and building the working rapport needed to obtain information for scoping

·      Running structured discovery workshops to capture the current process, pain points and desired outcomes

·      Documenting AS-IS processes and defining functional KPIs and measurable success metrics per use case

·      Converting discussion-stage ideas into clearly defined, validated problem statements and preliminary solution concepts

·      Pursuing stalled or pending inputs through persistent, tactful follow-up, and preparing functional inputs for the RFQ drafts

·      Embedding responsible-AI, data-privacy (DPDP Act, 2023) and security considerations in the functional design

 Key Deliverables

·      Process maps and functional KPIs for the AS-IS & Data-Readiness Report (D2)

·      Validated problem statements for the Feasibility & Prioritization Report (D3)

·      Functional RFQ inputs for the Scoping & RFQ Report (D4)

 Skill Required

·      Public-sector / utility domain experience; comfort with fieldwork and direct client interaction

·      Working knowledge of BPMN / UML

·      Exposure to AI, RPA or automation use cases

Education Details

·      3-6 years of experience required

·      Graduate / postgraduate in a relevant discipline

·      Business-analysis / government-process-re-engineering experience, deployed at the applicable consulting grade per the RFE

·      Strong requirements-elicitation, process-documentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the resourcefulness and initiative to obtain information across a complex, multi-department environment
