Business Analyst
Role: Business Analyst Experience: 5+ years Type: Immediate Joiner Location: New Delhi
Qualifications:
•
Post-Graduate or equivalent in Management or related discipline; preference for candidates from NIRF Top 20 institutions.
•
3–6 years’ experience in managing or supporting large-scale, citizen-centric transformation programs, preferably in skills/capacity building/education.
•
Strong documentation, project planning, and management skills.
Responsibilities:
•
Act as the consultant-side point of contact for monitoring vendor performance against agreed deliverables and SLAs.
•
Track timelines, milestones, and outputs from the vendor to ensure adherence to project plans.
•
Review vendor documentation, reports, dashboards, and deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
•
Maintain risk logs, issue trackers, decision registers, and ensure timely follow-ups with the vendor.
•
Escalate delays, deviations, or quality concerns to internal leadership with clear summaries.
•
Conduct periodic progress reviews, status meetings, documentation checks, and compliance assessments.
•
Coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the program.
•
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefs, and MIS for the consultant team and client.
•
Track budgets, resource utilization, and procurement dependencies (if applicable).
•
Support impact measurement, data validation, and outcome tracking activities.
