Job Title:  Consultant | Business Analyst | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

Location: Delhi NCR Role: Consultant - ERP Application & Business Process Re-engineering SME (Subject Matter Expert)

• Lead end-to-end analysis, optimization, and re-engineering of business processes across Finance and/or Human Resource functions.

• Provide subject matter expertise on ERP applications, modules, configurations, and best practices.

• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and process mapping for ERP implementations or enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into ERP-driven solutions and workflow improvements.

• Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT), validate process changes, and ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation, standardization, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure solution alignment and timely delivery.

• Prepare documentation including BRDs, SOPs, process flows, and training materials for business users.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, audit requirements, and ERP governance standards.
