Your work profile

•      Participate in stakeholder workshops and interviews, taking detailed notes and translating discussions into structured functional documentation.

•      Draft Business Requirements Documents, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams for assigned functional areas, under the guidance of the Senior BA.

•      Support maintenance of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and flag deviations, undocumented requirements, or scope changes to the Senior BA.

•      Coordinate with the UI/UX team to verify that design prototypes and wireframes are aligned with

•      documented requirements.

•      Assess functional completeness and usability of delivered features against agreed specifications, raising defects or gaps as required.

•      Define UAT test scenarios for assigned areas and support UAT execution, defect triage, and closure.

•      Track open requirements, change requests, and audit observations; prepare regular status updates for the Senior BA.

•      Maintain documentation in a clear, structured, and version-controlled manner in accordance with project documentation standards.

•      Support documentation in bilingual formats where required by the client.

•      BRD Drafts and User Story Backlog for assigned functional areas

•      Process Flow Diagrams and Use Case Documentation

•      RTM Updates and Scope Change Logs

•      UAT Scenarios, Test Coverage Notes, and Defect Logs

•      Functional Review Notes

Skill Required

•      Business process documentation and user story writing

Education Details

•      Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Management.

•      Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT systems.

•      Domain Experience in government digital platforms, e-Governance projects, or regulatory portals preferred. Exposure to multi-stakeholder workflows is an advantage.

•      Solid grounding in BRD preparation, user story writing, process modelling, and functional documentation.

•      Proficiency in requirements management and workflow documentation tools & other AI tools to be used for requirement gathering and documentation.

•      Certification: ECBA / CCBA. Agile or Scrum fundamentals certification is an added advantage.
