Job Title: Consultant | Business Analyst | Delhi | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Meet with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for optimization.
- Documentation: Create detailed reports, user stories, process maps, and diagrams (e.g., using Visio).
- Data Analysis: Perform data mining and analysis to support evidence-based decisions, utilizing SQL or BI tools.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, developers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new systems meet requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), data analysis tools, and SQL.
- Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication (written/verbal), and problem-solving skills
